Safety Tips

  1. Start by moving slowly
  2. Grip one of the two types of handrails at all times
  3. Make sure that changes to the resistance are gradual
  4. Hydrate frequently

Recommended Usage:

  1. Step on to the machine by stepping on the side bars, then stepping on to the foot pedals
  2. Grab onto either the moving or stationary handle bars
  3. Begin moving back and forth slowly, and select either the green “Start” button to begin, or select the orange “Cardio 360” button for a full-body workout. Adjust the workload to change the intensity of your workout.
  4. When you are finished on the elliptical, wait for the machine to stop moving, then step on to the side bars, then off of the machine
