Safety Tips

  1. Warm up for at least 5 minutes by stretching beforehand
  2. Start at a small weight you are comfortable with and work your way up to heavier weights
  3. Always keep your back against the backrest
  4. Do not arch you back

Recommended Usage:

  1. Sit with your back against the backrest. Position your legs so that your ankles are behind the ankle pad, and place your hands on the handles
  2. Lift the ankle pad with your legs while you inhale, keeping your legs almost straight, but not locked
  3. Exhale and slowly lower the pad back to its starting position
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for your desired number of reps
