Safety Tips

  1. Warm up 5-10 minutes before you start using the sled by stretching
  2. Make sure you use comfortable amount of weight that is equally distributed on both sides of the Sled.
  3. Make sure people are not in your way while you push the sled.

Recommended Usage:

  1. Place a comfortable weight on the Sled that is balanced on both sides
  2. Staying low and in a good athletic position, start to slowly push the sled
  3. You should try to push the Sled for approximately 10 yards
  4. While pushing try to speed up to a sprinting pace.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 until the amount of reps desired are reached.
