Safety Tips
- Warm up 5-10 minutes before you start using the sled by stretching
- Make sure you use comfortable amount of weight that is equally distributed on both sides of the
Sled.
- Make sure people are not in your way while you push the sled.
Recommended Usage:
- Place a comfortable weight on the Sled that is balanced on both sides
- Staying low and in a good athletic position, start to slowly push the sled
- You should try to push the Sled for approximately 10 yards
- While pushing try to speed up to a sprinting pace.
- Repeat steps 2-4 until the amount of reps desired are reached.
