Safety Tips

  1. Make sure your shoelaces are tied
  2. Ensure the treadmill is not moving before stepping on to it
  3. Always start at a low speed, and make sure that increases to the speed are gradual
  4. Hydrate frequently
  5. If you ever need to suddenly stop the treadmill, press the red “Stop” button or pull the magnetic safety stopper off of the machine

Recommended Usage:

  1. Place your feet on the side bars
  2. Attach the safety clip to your shirt
  3. Press the green “Start” button, then step on to the moving mat
  4. Gradually increase the incline and speed to achieve your desired intensity level
  5. When you are finished on the treadmill, press the red “Stop” button and do not detach the clip from your shirt or step off of the treadmill until it has completely stopped
